A simple marinade for Flank Steak that can be done on an outdoor electric grill. It came out great and will definitely keep this on the list do again.
Grilled Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak Recipe
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 1/2 pound Flank Steak
- Mix together first four ingredients in a sealable bag and add Flank Steak. Place bag in a dish and return to refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
- Grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 10 minutes; cut into thin slices diagonally across the grain.
